During the day the new permanent exhibition of failures was inaugurated in the building of the Faculty of Education
The Chair on Education and Intangible Heritage of the Pyrenees of the University of Lleida (UdL) celebrated last Thursday, November 28, the fourth anniversary of the Declaration of Intangible Heritage of Humanity of the Summer Solstice Fire Festivities in the Pyrenees of the UNESCO. During the celebration, the annual meeting of the Advisory Council that ensures the safeguarding of the Fiestas del Fuego took place.
Taking advantage of the celebration, the permanent exhibition of failures on the third floor of the building of the Faculty of Education, Psychology and Social Work of the UdL was inaugurated. This exhibition has been possible thanks to the different fallaire peoples who have collaborated by making a falla. And at the Sorigué Foundation they have made it possible for these to be hung on the wall.
Every year, taking advantage of the anniversary of the proclamation of UNESCO, the Advisory Council meets to take stock of the work done and discuss the new objectives defined to continue progressing with the project.
